Brother's "Guo Da Li"

Today is Brother's "Guo Da Li" so Baby and I, my uncle and aunty were travelling to and fro my future sister-in law's house... So tiring, after that we still have to come back home to entertain my relatives. My mum invited them over for dinner. Credits to them, I had a sumptuous dinner.

Was kind of emotional/upset yesterday that I actually didn't have the mood to blog anything about it. Sorry peeps... Well, I'm feeling so much better already. Had planned to do several stuffs yesterday BUT nothing had been accomplished. Such a disappointment. Was suppose to pack/empty my room for the new furniture, collect my brother's wedding ring from Delfi, run down to my brother's office to get some stuffs, gown fitting for me, buy my Tiffany & Co. bracelet and buy a new set of quilt, quilt cover and bedsheet for my new queen-sized bed. Everything else was accomplished accept for those that were associated with me. I thought it was suppose to be MY day but... Oh well... Should have met Laopo Eileen for dinner instead. Such a waste of my time.

Finally went for my gown fitting today after school, it's HOT... Love the bling bling... Haha... A pity Baby didn't get to see it... Another time Baby, maybe next week ok? This week has been a hectic week for me because of the refurnishing of my room. Now my whole house is in a mess although all the furniture are already fixed, there is still a need for repacking... Had dinner at Merchant Court today. The food was FANTASTIC... And we had 50% discount, credits to my brother who know the manager/captain.

So many things to do this week and the next. First is my brother's "Guo Da Li" on Saturday, my individual presentation on Monday and group research paper cum presentation which is due on Tuesday and Thursday respectively. Have not done anything about my individual presentation yet and our group project is still in progress. AND MY ROOM IS IN A MESS!!! I'm stressed.. Please remind me to breath.

Sigh... My day had not been very smooth for me... Unable to do whatever I am suppose to do.

Hope that tomorrow will be better.

Finally... The mid-term exams are OVER... Thanks Baby for encouraging me and de-stressing me... Love you tons...

Time to pack my room for the new furnitures that are coming on Thursday... Excited... Soon I will have a queen-sized bed. Can't wait to roll on the bed and still will not fall off... No more needing to squeeze with my doggy on my small little bed. Soon I can put all my Hello Kitty stuff toys on my bed...Yippy.

1 exam down and 1 more to go on Monday... Sigh... How I wish all these exams can be over soon... I need a vacation soon...

My cute little white octopus mouse had just died on me... So sad... Suddenly, it just cannot function anymore... I guess it's getting old and cranky... Rest in peace mousie... Bought a new one... It's PINK with Swarovski crystal bling blings... Oh my god... It was love at first sight... The mouse was signalling me to buy it, buy it... So in order to rescue it from the evil salesman, I bought it... Sweet...

And I bought a Hello Kitty desk lamp too... Credits to mummy and Baby(Although it's mummy who bought it for me, Baby just wants his name to be here)... They had been worrying about my eyesight since the light in the living room wasn't bright enough... So tadah... A Hello Kitty desk lamp... Love it... Was love at first sight too... Even though the evil salesman wasn't very helpful at all BUT I still want the lamp by hook or by crook. When I got home, got scolded by Daddy because there is a desk lamp hidden in a corner of the storeroom... Ops... But I still want the Hello Kitty one even if I know I have 1 at home... Haha...

I know, I know... I should be mugging for my second paper instead of SHOPPING but I just can't help it, I need to destress... :)

I bought a pair of Ipanema flip flop yesterday... Credits to Laopo Eileen... Oh my goodness... It's Super Duper COMFORTABLE with bling bling too!!! Sudden urge to buy the other designs as well... I almost bought another pair today BUT Bel must save money... Bel is broke... :(

Finally passed Laopo Eileen back her stuffs and goodness, don't we looked like twins yesterday? Both in slacks, flip flop, hair in pony tail and all pined up and of course not forgetting our signature specs... Had lunch and walked around alittle bit before heading home again to mug. Wish I could have more time... Sigh...

Oh... Not forgetting to introduce Baby new pet arowana, I named it Fiercy because it's so unfriendly and nasty to his new friends... Baby's daddy bought it to replace the old one, Fat Fat which had just passed away a few days ago... Rest in peace, Fat Fat...

Met up with Laopo Eileen at Dbl O for some cheap drinks on Friday before heading to Velvet to carry on our night. It was fun and we enjoyed ourselves... Looking forward to the next meetup, Laopo...

Had dinner at Din Tai Feng with Ben and Li Ning, they were so fascinated by how I was counting down to the queue number. Can't helped it, I was famished. Other than our own individual mains, we also had 2 baskets of their chilli crab dumplings ( you guys should really try it, it's yummylicious), 1 basket of the normal pork dumplings and 1 basket of yam dumpling. Yes, I was that hungry... :)Watched Hellboy after that with Baby, Sze, Su Ann, Ben, Li Ning, Harn and Suzanne. Give it a 8/10. Lots of actions. Not bad... Mr Hellboy is going to be a Daddy... :)

Went for the food tasting at Holiday Inn Atrium with my family and my brother's future in-laws... The food was alright except for the birdnest pumpkin soup. Yucks... But still have to finish it because it's good stuff... :) Anyway... The whole evening was spoilt by a stupid man who couldn't stop talking the whole night. He is so irritating, my goodness... How I wish I could stuff his mouth with my fist to make him shut up. Who cares about topping up extra money for the change of dishes. My parents who are paying don't even mind, so why bother making so many redundant comments. How I wish he can just shut up and eat his food. When Brother asked Baby and me to be his emcees, he made a hell of comments, saying that whether we are up to it, emcee must know how to joke, blah blah blah... I felt like telling him off, "if you are so good you be the emcee of the night lah..." So evil right.... Don't tell me 1 Mr Prosecutor and 1 uni student majoring in communication can't even conquer the whole event? I don't think so... So arrogant, can't stand it...

Throughout the entire trip, we were eating and shopping like a lunatic. Before we left for Malacca, we had MacDonald for breakfast. And when we got there, we had their famous chicken rice for lunch, followed by birdnest egg tarts, birdnest mango pudding and cream tarts. It was yummy...

After a couple of hours of hardcore shopping, we were exhausted and decided to go for foot reflexology

We had "lok lok" for supper. This thing is very interesting because it is something like steamboat but it's just that they use satay sauce instead of soup. But another interesting thing is that the sauce that they used has been reused, meaning to say other people has used it before over and over again.

Had dinner at Raffles Hotel on Friday to celebrate Baby's 29 years old birthday... Saw Adrian Kan there as well... Singapore is so SMALL...

Finally, my UOB One Platinum supplementary card is here. Thanks Baby for the pleasant surprise on your birthday(Thought I'm suppose to give you a surprise instead...) Love you tons... Now I can pay simply by waving the card in front of the reader like an ez-link card... So cool...

Met Ivan and Lynette to have dinner at Kushin Bo followed by catching a movie "Wanted". Angelina Jolie is sizzling HOT and I want to learn that bullet move... Oh my god... It's so freaking cool... Overall I think I will give it a 6/10 because I think the storyline wasn't that good. Hated the ending, but other than that it's COOL.... :) Watch it and you will know what I mean...

Will be going to Malaysia over the weekend. Seriously, I can't wait... I need a break NOW... I want to SHOP, EAT and HAVE FUN!!!!
