Leave that dreamland of mine

Now I am learning to be more independent and I am actually quite happy with my progression. I'm actually learning to do things myself and stop relying on people to do it for me.
Now I can go and visit a doctor on my own when I'm not feeling very well, buy lunch for myself when I'm hungry, go shopping on my own and even run errands alone.
Although I am very sure there are many people out there who feels that those are just trivial matters and are not worth mentioning BUT I think otherwise. It was because I used to be an extremely pampered person who did not have to lift a finger to do anything. When I am hungry, somebody would buy meals for me, when I am not feeling well, somebody would fetch me to see a doctor, when I want to go shopping, somebody would be there, even when I needed to visit the salon, somebody would go with me, the list could go on and on to the extend when I want a glass of water, somebody would pour it and serve it to me.
Isn't it weird when a 24 years old girl does not need to do all that was mentioned which seems to be a very normal thing to do? Thought so too... So I have decided to grow up and leave the "dreamland" that I had been living for so long and start afresh.
I want to be independent and stop depending on others. I want to grow up and toughen myself up. I know I can do it, I just need some motivation and time. And when I finally can leave that "dreamland"successfully, I am sure I will be a better and different person. Looking forward to the new ME...

Happy birthday Sis

Went shopping on Saturday to buy presents... Had a tough time trying to figure out what to buy... Sometimes I dread buying presents for people because you would not know if he/she would like/use the present that you had chosen. The person that you are buying the present for might have a different style from you, what you think is nice, she might think it's not... Such a headache...
In the end, I bought a watch from Aldo for Sis... Hope she likes it...

Woods @ Dempsey

They even provide a touch light to aid you in viewing their menu. But I ended up cam-whoring with it.

Met the triple 'D's at Woods. It's my first time there, always wanted to try out that place but always did not have the time. Woods ambiance is quite nice but the most important thing is that I love their lychee wine... They have it in The Wine Company too. Those who have not tried their lychee wine, should really try it someday. It's my favorite white wine so far... :)

Genting Trip

Went for a short vacation to Genting. Had a great time there. Love the food and the weather... We took the bus from transtar and the seats came with massage function and television too. So cool...

Went to the theme park too, it was my first time there and it was FUN!!! Love the roller coasters and all the different kinds of rides... It was my first time to ride the go-kart and bumper car... Are you surprised? Yes, my very first time and I had fall in love with them already... :) A pity that the go-kart in the Genting theme park was so slow, I think it was going at 10km/h... But it was still fun, love overtaking all the slow-poke... :)

I enjoyed the bumper car too... And that explained for all the pictures... I was bullied by all the kids...

Collection of new passport.

Had lunch with Mummy and Brother at Allson Hotel yesterday. It was Penang buffet, not worth the price though. After that, went to ICA to collect my new passport. Thanks Mummy and Brother for sending me there...

JB trip

Went to JB on Sunday. Ate the famous claypot rice for lunch and Manhattan Fish Market for dinner. The food in JB is nice except for their Manhattan Fish Market. It suck big time. The food was served cold, and when we requested to change it, it came back cold too... No difference, just hope that the staff did not spit or do anything funny to our food... So disappointing. Should have eaten at Nandos instead...
I went to dye my hair at the Holiday Plaza. It was dirt cheap... RM$130... CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!! (Although I was forbidden to say that word, but I just couldn't resist myself...) They did quite a good job too, no ugly patches or so... Just that it was a tad too dark, should have just chosen a lighter shade but I'm sure I can live with that... Worst case scenario, go back there to redye it another time... :)
Wanted to try to find the steering wheel that Brother was looking for but was in vain... Wanted to buy that for him for his birthday... We went to more than 5 car accessories shops but all of the shops do not have what I was looking for. The closest was the whole steering wheel in yellow... Who in the hell would want a yellow steering wheel? So UGLY!!! On the other hand, one man's meat is another man's poison. :)
And guess who I saw when I was there? JANICE!!! The pretty girl who sits next to me in class... It's such a small small world... :)

Stayed up till wee hours in order to complete this teddy bear crystal puzzle. I think it's more difficult to fix up compared to the heart shaped one I did last time... My eyes almost dropped out... Haha...
